Often blended with Semillon in Bordeaux, this Sauv Blanc is a modern take on a timeless classic. The inclusion of Marsanne complements the crisp base of this wine with richness and complexity. Delicious by itself but will work well with seafood. Serve well chilled.

The blending of a little Marsanne in with the Sauvignon has made this a very interesting wine with refreshingly grassy green fig, papaya, and lychee notes to go with the characteristic Sauvignon capsicum and gooseberry flavours.
