Why we love this wine:

A warm-climate Sauvignon Blanc of good quality. The nose shows more tropical notes of peach, apricots, and passion fruit, echoed by the palate but with a citric zing.

Winemaker / tasting notes:

Straw colour with lemon highlights. Intense bouquet of peaches and citrus fruit with a depth of passion fruit, complemented by white flowers. In the mouth, its mineral character is enriched by a depth of apricots and a trace of menthol. This wine reveals the singularity of a few magnificent parcels of vine-stocks planted on pebbly soil.
