Elegant and inviting with vibrant aromatics of fresh jasmine, white peach and hints of baking spice. Flavors of dried apricots and quince highlight a creaminess on the palate that is well balanced by the wine’s brightness and lively character. The 2020 Nine Hats Chardonnay was sourced from the Yakima Valley’s French Creek and Boushey vineyards. A touch of Sauvignon Blanc from Headquarter Vineyard lifted the wine's overall liveliness. It is a cooler AVA that helps retain the Chardonnay’s acidity and elegance. Complex, expressive and beautifully balanced, this wine was fermented in French oak barrels, concrete eggs and stainless steel for added layers and aged for 9 months on the lees
