Winemaker / Tasting Notes

The wine has an elegant straw yellow in the glass with beautiful golden strokes. In the scent flow notes of citrus, green apples and melted butter. In the mouth, the wine feels creamy and deliciously full without being bombastic. The taste recognizes the same notes as in the scent and is complemented by a nice balance between sweetness and acid. Silverboom Chardonnay is a great companion to light dishes, such as salads, pasta, fish and poultry.
