"A zippy and cloudy bone-dry pink wine with great tart berry, summary watermelon and a touch of flowers. Organically grown Pinot Noir given only a short maceration to make a gloriously hued rosé and lefted completely unfiltered and unfined with a good deal of hazy sediment in the bottle. Aged in a combination of concrete, used barrel and amphora. This is a great example of what Mendoza's fantastic terroir can make outside of dense Malbec wines and a great introduction to the new, natural producers growing in prominence." - Tristen Gild
