Winemaker / Tasting Notes

This Chardonnay is produced in very small quantities. Produced with grapes from Gualtallary, Valle de Uco in Mendoza, at 1,300 m.a.s.l. (4,265 ft.), it fermented and aged in French oak barrels for 4 months. With fine notes of citrus and vanilla, and a tense yet delicate mouth, it is an elegant and complex expression of one of the world’s finest grape varieties.

FOOD PAIRING Ceviche, octopus, fish, rabbit, pasta with light sauces such as spring sauce or cacio e pepe sauce.
