Why We Love This Wine
Mulderbosch was founded with a dream of producing wine that consistently reflect innovation, creativity, & excellence. All their wines are certified as wines originating in the Stellenbosch Region where a cooler climate prevails. From these cooler locations in the South to South East facing slopes in close proximity to False Bay, they are able to yield grapes of intense flavor & balanced acidity. All their wines are ready to be enjoyed upon release but, with careful cellaring, will mature for a further 10 to 15 years. Bright in appearance with aromas of citrus rind and ripe apricots with lovely, subtle oak spice. The palate has a lovely balanced acidity complemented by a firm, pithy texture. There are unmistakeable citrus notes offset by creamy lees making this a delicious moreish wine.
Winemaker / Tasting Notes
