The Mailly Grand Cru Estate extends across 70 hectares entirely located in the Grand Cru Village of Mailly Champagne in the heart of the Montagne de Reims nature park. The vineyard is divided into 480 plots planted to 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay: the 2 noble Champagne varietals. Blessed with a unique terroir, most of the Mailly plots are north facing favoring the development of subtle, well-balanced wines. Nestled in the center of the vine covered slopes is the Winery: a glass building above several different levels of cellars and a kilometer long stretch of chalk caves where Mailly Grand Cru Champagne, made exclusively from Mailly Champagne grapes, are crafted & aged. A magical blend of fruit from carefully selected parcels, this is a Sparkling Wine made in a seductive yet well-balanced style with the vintage's most refined Chardonnay and elegant Pinot Noir grapes from their best plots. A blend dominated by Pinot Noir, this vintage has a toasty brioche, tangy, & nutty character exceptionally balanced with a plethora of youthful fruit. It has a lovely dry & textured finish. Ideal as an aperitif, this wine likewise goes well with Canapes, Roasted Scallops Seabass in a Salt Crust, and Grilled Turbot Fish.

Nuance filled layers of flavor give this wine exceptional aesthetic elegance. Floral notes interlaced with juicy white fruits tease added citrus hints. A creamy mousse is followed by a silky palate that delivers vibrant citrus all the way to a sparkling saline & chalk tinged finish.
