Michel Chapoutier is widely recognized as one of the world's greatest winemakers expertly translating the Rhone Valley terroir into some really exceptional wines. He is the Rhone Valley producer with the highest number of 90+ point rated wines with over 30 "100 point" rated wines to date. A brilliant pale yellow color with greenish hues, the nose evinces prominent grapefruit & ripe citrus aromas. On the palate, ripe citrus fruit flavors come to the fore complemented by a good acidity of great persistence. This wine is best served slightly chilled at 10 degrees Celsius as an aperitif or with light poultry & seafood dishes.
