Why We Love This Wine

The result of an excellent vintage from some of this winemaker's oldest vines, '14 Gran Feudo Vinas Viejas Reserva exhibits great character and structure in its dense notes of black cherry and plum, elevated by balanced tang and tannin. Having spent time in oak barrels, the aromas are further enhanced by a bouquet of vanilla and spices.

Winemaker / Tasting Notes

Ruby red with a garnet rim. Intense and complex nose. Notes of black ripe fruits, spices and smoked of good fine wood. Palate is ample with a powerful attack. Good structured and balanced. Long aftertaste of stone fruits and clove.
