Frequently Asked Questions Pertaining To Our Operations During General Community Quarantine

 

Q: Can I self-collect my order?

A: YES! You asked for it and we listened -- we now have a pickup option for our customers. Pickup location is in Barangay Addition Hills, San Juan City, from Mondays through Fridays (except Public Holidays), between 1pm to 5pm.

You may select the pickup option as the shipping method upon checkout.

 

Once we receive your order, our lovely Sales Associates will get in touch with you to confirm the schedule of your pickup -- we usually are able to pick and pack most orders within the next business day!

 

Q: How fast can I receive my order during this quarantine period?

A: For majority of the cases, we deliver serviceable Metro Manila orders to your doorstep within 2 business days, however please expect some delays due to logistics challenges during this period.

 

Q: Can you still deliver outside of Metro Manila during this period?

A: Yes we can! However, please expect delays due to the challenging situation that our logistics partners are currently experiencing.

Important note for all Cebu customers: As per LBC advisory dated 29-June-2020, they are temporarily suspending all shipments bound to Cebu City due to the rising cases of COVID-19 in the area. As such, Winery PH is temporarily unable to service orders bound for Cebu. Orders placed despite this notice shall be held by us until such time that it can be delivered by LBC. Else, we will refund payments net of payment processing fees for credit card payments.

Q: Is there a minimum order value?

None. We are happy to announce that since the transition to GCQ, we have since lifted our minimum order value requirement.

 

Q: Can I pay through COD?

Prepayment is required for more seamless deliveries, and to ensure as minimal contact as possible for you and our team's mutual safety. We will look to re-enable this in the future once 3rd party logistics services are back to normal service levels.
