1. How andwhere will I send the details for customization?
   
   Please proceed to checkout your 19 crimes order as usual. Within 15 minutes of the order, you will then receive an email from marketing@winery.ph with specific instructions on how you can reply with your photos, name, crime and crime number. 
   
   
2. Can I order multiple bottles and use different images? 
   
   Yes. Once you receive instructions via email from marketing@winery.ph, you can also specify which bottles get what images, name, crime and crime number. 
   
   
3. How does the customization process work? What if I do not want personalization?
   
   After you check out your order an email will be sent to you within 15 minutes wherein you will provide the details needed for your custom order. We will wait 48 hours for your reply otherwise we will process your order without customization.
   
   
4. Can I put a photo of my pet?
   
   No. We do not allow animals to be printed on the bottles as it is against our community guidelines.
   
   
5. Can I put baby photos on the bottle? 
   
   No. We do not allow photos of minors to be printed on the bottles as it is against our community guidelines
   .
6. Is there a minimum order?
   
   There is no minimum order required.
   
   
7. How long does it take to receive my customized product?
   
   Please wait 5 to 7 days to receive your orders.
   
   
8. Until when can I get my bottles personalized?
