Here we have White Spiced Rum from Beach House, produced in Mauritius. It's not very often that we come across a white spiced rum! The base rum is infused with tropical fruits, including lychee and grapefruit, along with a selection of tropical spices. After, it is filtered, ensuring that it's clear. Tangy fruit kicks things off on the palate with grapefruit & passionfruit flavors followed by ginger root spice characters & a lychee fruit sweetness. This is an exceptionally fruity and light spiced rum, so works great in a Mojito, or simply with tonic and a wedge of lime.
