The Burklin-Wolf Estate is based in the Mittelhaardt, the quality core of the the world famous Pfalz Wine Region. Originating in 1597 and with 85 hectares under vine, the Burklin Wolf Estate is the largest family owned wine estate in all of Germany. They are arguably the best & most consistent producers of great dry Rieslings worldwide. This 2019 Riesling Trocken is spicy, deep, & complex with a flinty mineral character & a dark toned bouquet. On the palate, it is charming, round, elegant, & fruity with a refined mouthfeel & serious character.

This Dr. Burklin-Wolf Riesling has a redolent nose of fresh apple, lime, pear, and grapefruit with nuances of white pepper while showing off light floral notes as well. On the palate, this white wine from the Rhineland-Palatinate has a wonderfully juicy acidity and a lovely minerality.
