Winemaker / tasting notes:

Dense inky black in colour with a deep bright dark purple hue. Youthful freshly crushed blackcurrant and plum aromas intermingle with vanillin cedar, infusions of bay leaf and faint inky earth notes. Rich blackcurrant and dark plum fruits drive the palate carrying a plush feel throughout. Vanillin cedar, earth, tobacco and spicy dried herb characters ensue. Excellent intensity with velvet smooth tannins complimented by fresh energetic acidity. Concludes long, bright and polished.
