The Ferraton Pere & Fils Chateauneuf du Pape Le Parvis is a Grenache dominated red wine with a small percentage of Syrah & Mourvedre added into the final blend. Matured in a combination of oak barrels & vats for 12 to 15 months, Le Parvis displays complex aromas of Morello Cherries & plums with hints of roasted coffee & cinnamon. The palate displays fine & smooth tannins as well as fleshy fruit characters with spice & leather highlights.
