Winemaker / Tasting Notes

Intense ruby colour. Black fruit, liquorice and black pepper aromas over a spicy, balsamic (vanilla and cedar) background. It is a serious, slightly austere wine that nevertheless manages to be harmonious with good freshness, well-integrated oak and round tannins.
