The Henri Ehrhart terroir is first and foremost an exceptional terroir. The exposition, the soil, the climate, they all unite to design a privileged area of cultivation. This explains the biggest characteristics of the Alsace Grand Cru wines. This wine has straw yellow with golden hues with aromas of exotic fruits, mangoes and compote. It is suave in the mouth, round and ample. Some nuances of lychee can be found as well. A fine accompaniment of tapas, spiced dishes, soft cheese and fruit desserts.
