Winemaker / Tasting Notes

Straw yellow colour with green hues, limpid and bright. Citrus notes and white fruit (pear) stand out on the nose, with floral (white flower) and tropical notes. In the mouth it has a fresh entry and citrus and floral memories return, with a good acidity that gives it persistence. Blanc de Serè is a perfect accompaniment to starters and salads and also to dishis based on flue fish or shellfish.
