This unique and characterful white is made from the fruit of over a century-old plots of low-yielding 'Verdeja' vines. It has powerful, earthy aromas with great acidity and concentration - partly as a result of ageing in a combination of oak, stainless steel and clay amphorae.
Aromatic orchard fruit and herbal notes. The palate is elegant with ripe apple and zesty acidity balancing well-integrated, honeyed oak characters.
