Orange region Sauvignon Blanc is quite distinctive and Orange is one of Australia's leading region for the variety. This wine exhibits unmistakable Sauvignon Blanc aroma and flavour. Intense, lifted fruit in the passionfruit, floral, citrus spectrum with a cut grass edge to it. But a few winemaking techniques have added to the mid-palate weight and texture. Balanced acidity provides freshness and length. The extra maturation time has done wonders by avoiding shrill acidity and enhancing depth of flavour.
