Winemaker / Tasting Notes
Cabernet Sauvignon is my favorite varietal for making wines. Produced with grapes from Gualtallary, Valle de Uco in Mendoza, at 1,300 m.a.s.l. (4,265 ft.), it was aged for 13 months in French oak. Floral, spicy and subtly mineral, this wine expresses all the power, elegance and pleasure that Argentine Cabernet Sauvignon can offer. The wine critic James Suckling described it as “very tight and focused with purity and beauty”.
FOOD PAIRING Beef, pork, lamb, quail and other game birds, cream-based sauces.
