On its' robustly structured palate, this well-balanced wine presents a stimulating texture of fleshy dark fruit flavors & lovely rounded tannins leading to a long & persistent finish of elegance & finesse. This would be an ideal match for Red Meat Stews and Aged Hard Cheeses.
