Displaying a beautiful yellow green colored robe with characteristic gold reflections, the nose opens up with acacia floral, passionfruit, & honey aromas with undertones of minerals, thyme, & mint. Showing off a persistent frame of fine bubbles, the taste is strong & pleasant with just the right amount of acid to complement the sweet fruit notes from the residual sugar.
