Pronounced ripe black cherry, liquorice and blackberry aromas overlay vanillin oak and peppered black olive notes. Rich and chewy the palate is still tightly knit with mouth-filling flavours of black cherries, liquorice and blackberries intermixed with toasty vanillin oak, earthy black olives and spicy pepper.
