Winemaker / Tasting Notes

An extremely well-balanced wine with lush flavors lifted by bright, natural acidity. The grapes come from Monterey County from two separate vineyards. The vines from the sites in Aroyo Seco bring a fresh acidity, the grapes from the Gabilan mountains provide concentrated fruit aromas. The nose reveals rich aromas of yellow fruits and sweet spices. On the palate they specify and you can clearly see tangerine, sweet apples, cloves, pineapple, guava and honeysuckle. The body is very concentrated and voluminous. The texture is velvety, almost creamy. The finish is long-lasting and is determined by the opulence of the fruit and spices.
