The Last Warrior Collection pays tribute to the fighting spirit of Ningxia's people. A land known for its unique terroir: high altitude sunshine, cool evening breeze, mineral-rich soil layered with mountain stones and river silt. Silver Heights manages its vines organically and adopted biodynamic viticulture from 2017. We believe that nurturing a healthier eco-system in our land will help to express more vitality in each bottle.

This is a seductive wine on the nose. Fresh lemon with hint of guava and mango notes. Moderate acidity with luscious pineapple, grapefruit, and ginger flavors. This is a clean and fresh styled white with little trace of oak. Pair with Fish & Chips, Salmon, Tuna, Spanish Tapas, Oyster, Seafood Salad, Seafood BBQ.

Why We Love This Wine:

Medium yellow in color, this wine is generously scented with aromas of longans, green apples mingling with grassy and floral notes. Fruity on the palate, it's easy-to-drink and refreshing!
