This is our iconic wine, a Carmenere based red blend from our Marchigüe vineyard. It has a well-balanced tannin structure with a fresh acidity and long persistence, in the nose and its final mouthfeel. It is aged for 18 to 24 months in French barrels, a period in which it enhances its complexity and character. It is a blend of Carmenere, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The Carmenere predominates in this blend and it is shown by its balanced tannic structure, fresh acidity, long aromatic persistency and long mouthfeel. The aging is done in French oak barrels for 18 to 24 months which delivers complexity and strengthens its character. Elegant aromatic profile in which a liquorice and subtle toasted notes can be found.
