Winemaker / Tasting Notes

This wine has an intense deep violet color. The nose is dominated by ripe red fruits, toffee and soft notes of paprika typical of Carmenere, which blend perfectly with the toast from the French oak barrels used for aging. The palate is well-structured, with ripe, soft tannins and an elegant, long persistence that makes it suitable for serving with lean, seasoned red meats, poultry or pork.
