What you'll do:

Providing an exceptional customer experience is the primary mission of the Customer Service Supervisor (CSS). The CSS role delivers this by promptly attending to client inquiries via the Company's live-chat channel, and provide feedback and resolution of concerns escalated by customers. This cross-functional role will work with various teams to come up with amazing recommendations on wine and food pairing, expertly answer queries on on-going promotions, flash sales and deals, and coordinate fulfillment requirements of received orders.

Qualifications:
Relevant college degree (surprise us) with at least 3 to 5 years of work experience in customer service, relationship management, experience in an ecommerce business or relevant industries is definitely an advantage.

Employment terms: Full-time
Salary range: Php 25,000.00 to Php 35,000.00/month, Quarterly Wine Benefit (yes, free wine!), generous annual leave, HMO Coverage
