Why we love this wine:

Pretty floral tones are upfront here, expressed in layers of jasmine and fruits such as guava and peach. This boasts a medium-weight palate, with nice minerality. Top marks for character, quality and value.

Sip this with a bowl of your fave vinaigrette based salad.

Winemaker / tasting notes:

This wine is partially fermented in small French oak barrels, the balance is cold-fermented in stainless steel to enhance the natural flavors. The brilliant greenish straw color introduces the floral aroma of jasmine, with grapefruit, peach, apricot, pineapple guava, passion fruit, papaya and toast. The flavor is punctuated with ripe white peach, banana and guava… very pleasant and full with great viscosity and balance. The Freemark Abbey Viognier is a refreshing wine that yields both complexity and a pleasurable lingering experience.
